PCA is a State Commission Charter School serving Baker, Calhoun, Clay, Early, and Randolph counties. Charter schools are tuition-free public schools that do not require any enrollment criteria other than residence in the attendance zone.  PCA emphasizes project based learning, community involvement, character development, and standards-based grading. We strive to offer our students a high quality education while promoting citizenship, personal responsibility, and critical thinking.
