Kylie Holley is the Superintendent at PCA. Ms. Kylie served on the founding board and helped write the petition application for the PCA.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Georgia Southwestern University, a Master’s Degree in School Counseling from Albany State University, and a Specialist’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Valdosta State University. She has 14 years of experience in the field of education.

Ms. Kylie has served on the Governor’s Principal Advisory Board, as well as several other committees dedicated to promote quality education through charter schools in Georgia. She is married and has two sons that attend PCA.

Jim Morrell has 26 years experience in Education. He graduated with a degree in Science Education from Georgia Southern College and a Masters Degree in Education Administration from Valdosta State University.

He is married to Theresa Kitchens Foster and they have four children-Will Foster, Casey Puckett, Whitney Spurlock and Caleb Morrell. He also has two grandchildren, Rylan Foster and Hendrix Spurlock.

Mr. Stacy Brown is a native of Augusta, GA. He  graduated from Morris Brown College in Atlanta with a B.S. in Education. After beginning his educational career in 1995, he pursued a Masters Degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Lesley University and later was awarded an Education Specialist Degree with Certification of Advanced Graduate Studies in Leadership & Supervision from Cambridge College.

 Additionally, Mr. Brown has international experience in education via the Abu Dhabi Education Council where he served as an educator and trainer for approximately 3 years.

Stacy, along with his wife Robynne,  are the grateful parents of 2 children, Jordan and Sydni.
