To better serve our community, Pataula Charter Academy Inc. operates a public K4 program* and a private K3/K4 program.
Note that these programs are not a part of the PCA charter and enrollment in these programs does not guarantee a student will get into PCA. All students must go into the lottery for Kindergarten.
*If a child does not get a spot in the public program, parents may enroll the child in our private program. The same curriculum is used in both programs and instruction is tailored to students’ ages and developmental levels.
Children must be 3 years of age and fully potty-trained before being enrolled in the program. Enrollment is taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is a $100 enrollment fee required to hold a spot. Monthly tuition is $300. The first tuition payment is due July 1, and last payment is due April 1. (Tuition is paid one month in advance.) Transportation is not provided for K3 students. Students may bring a lunch from home or purchase one from the school for $2. Breakfast may also be purchased for $1.
Public K4 Program
This program is a free, public program funded by Bright from the Start. Students must be 4 years of age by September 1 to enroll. If more students apply than we have spots available, there will be a lottery held to determine enrollment. Enrollment in our K4 program does NOT guarantee a spot in Kindergarten for the following year. We are unable to give priority enrollment for students attending our PreK, unless they also have a sibling at the K-12 campus.
